Café Mercato, located in Denver, is a modern Italian restaurant, owned and operated by Giancarlo Macchiarella of Locanda del Borgo.

Mercato’s light and airy atmosphere and design permeates throughout the modern space. With a large open kitchen and large wine “library”, you will feel right at home sipping on a glass of select wine while watching the chefs create your meal.

The menu at Café Mercato is based on Southern Italian fare with a lighter approach. All of the pastas and sausages are made in-house, as well as gelato and desserts.
